Tuesday

ADD/ADHD resources and support.

Following up on a question about online ADHD resources, I had a look around the web, and frankly, I'm not impressed. Some of the big sites seem to focus on (and reinforce) the "disorder" element. Others are unwieldy or seem to have been taken over by people trying to make a buck off internet traffic. If you know of any resources/websites you recommend, please share, and I will do my best to put together a helpful page to at least get people going in the right direction.

Monday

I'm really excited about this... Migraine Coach.

I have struggled with migraines, and all the challenges that come with them, since I was five... to have the opportunity to support people that are are dealing with the challenges of migraines, and help them overcome the pain, and everything else that comes with getting migraines, is exciting to me.
Some of what I can help you with...

*Whole life support - so much comes with getting migraines - guilt, feeling weak or misunderstood, having the momentum in your life pulled out from under you, etc., etc.
*Nutrition and Health support - there are remedies out there, well researched, with great results, and no side effects. Foods, environment, weather, and many other factors can trigger migraines.
*A life vision, or roadmap, with a plan of how to get there, and the support to insure you do.
*PR - If work, family or friends don't understand what you are going through, we'll get them straightened out.
